David Bühler
Curriculum vitae

David Bühler works as an assistant in the research project on the cornice in its various forms at the Chair for the History and Theory of Architecture. His responsibilities focus on the prepartion of an exhibition at the Graphische Sammlung of ETH Zürich in spring 2021.

David studied architecture at ETH Zürich and graduated in the summer of 2019 with a design supervised by the chair of Adam Caruso. As part of his studies, he wrote a paper on cast iron architecture in mid-19th century New York at the chair of Maarten Delbeke. He is currently working on an essay deriving from that thesis for the gta papers. Besides his engagement at the chair, he works as an architect and as an architectural photographer. His photographs have been published in Hochparterre, Bauwelt, and art guides of the Gesellschaft für Schweizerische Kunstgeschichte (Swiss Society for Art History) GSK.
